Meg follows the American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines for weight loss and the experience of faculty at Northwestern Medicine. Our scientifically proven weight loss principles include:

  • For most people, eating less and becoming more active creates a calorie deficit that results in weight loss. (Extremely overweight people should use doctor’s supervision for weight loss as they may have other complications.)

And Meg integrates with Apple Health and Google Fit so you don’t have to enter your activity information separately.
